We carry this stamp in three sizes. The Maxlight XL2-115 has a surface area of 11/16 x 1 15/16. The Maxlight XL2-145 has a surface area of 5/8 x 2 7/16 and the Maxlight X33 has a surface area of 1 3/4 x 3 3/4.

The XL2-115 and the XL2-145 have 5 lines of text with a lot of room left over for a custom logo or graphic. As with all of our custom rubber stamps, you can choose a graphic from our logo library or upload your own. The X33 — the biggest stamp by far — has 12 lines of text and enough room to spare for a sizeable graphic.

Text and font on all three stamps is fully customizable and comes with the standard pallet of ink colors to choose from including; black, blue, green, purple, and red.

1.5 x 3″ Name Badges

1. Security

Using name badges that state the employee’s name and job title allows managers to know with a quick glance if an employee is somewhere they are not supposed to be. This is especially important for employees working in restricted areas. Name badges are an unobtrusive way to track employee movements and hold everyone accountable for their actions.

Our 1.5 x 3″ name badge would work best for this purpose as it leaves room for multiple lines of text, allowing you to include the employee’s name, job title, and/or relevant clearance level for security purposes.

Express Order Styles

The Express Order system gives you four style choices: rectangular, round, rectangular dater, and round dater.

Rectangular

The rectangular style comes in a standard size of 2.25 x 0.75 inches. However, the size can be customized to fit your specific needs. This style allows for up to five lines of text and a custom logo or graphic chosen from either our logo library or uploaded from your computer.

Round

The round style comes in a size of 1.375 inches in diameter. This style allows for up to ten lines of text with an upper and lower arch and eight horizontal lines of text in between. You can also select a logo from our library or upload your own custom logo or graphic.

Rectangular Dater

The rectangular dater style comes in a size of 1.5 x 1.5 inches. This style allows for up to eight lines of text in addition to the date. Four lines of text are above the date and four lines are below the date. There is also the option for a custom logo or graphic.

Round Dater

The round style comes in a size of 1.562 inches in diameter. Line the rectangular dater, this style allows for up to eight lines of text in addition to the date; four lines above the date and four lines below the date. There is also an option for a logo or graphic chosen from our library or uploaded from your computer.

Customizing Your Express Order

Under each style you will find pre-made templates to choose from when designing your new stamp. You will also have the option to create your own template. This option allows you to customize the font, number of lines, size of the stamp (for some styles), add a logo or graphic, add a border, and even customize the ink color. Available ink colors include black, blue, green, red, and violet.

How to Select Your Refill Ink

Never ordered rubber stamp replacement ink before? That’s ok. We’re always happy to help. Here are a few tips from our rubber stamp experts to get you started:

The type of refill ink you need depends on the brand of stamp that you have. Each brand is designed differently. Therefore, they take different kinds of ink.
- If you use a cheap, off-brand ink with a Trodat stamp, the ink might be too thick or too thin, causing the stamp to leak and make a mess or gum up and be permanently ruined.

Similarly, the various stamp models of each brand require certain types of ink. Therefore, it’s essential to order the ink that is specifically created for the brand, model, and size of your rubber stamp.
- When ordering stamp pads, if the pad isn’t the right size, it will need to be cut to fit. This is always messy, and if the pads aren’t cut just right, they can shift. Again, this can cause leakage and gum up your stamp.
