How to Create a Custom Signature Stamp

Do you often find yourself signing your name numerous times throughout the day? It’s time to invest in one of our best signature stamps! Whether you’re a doctor, a stay-at-home parent, a teacher or a construction worker, having a signature stamp on hand will save you time and effort each day. So how do you go about getting a stamp with your unique signature on it? Simply follow these four easy steps:

The first step in creating a signature stamp is to acquire an image of your signature. To do so, write your signature as you normally would on a blank white piece of paper. Once you’re happy with the signature, scan the document and save it in your computer files. If needed, crop the image so that it only contains your signature.
Next, head over to the Rubber Stamp Station website. Under the “About Us” section on the righthand side of the page, click on “Signature Stamps.” Doing so will take you to our Wizard Design portal.
On this page, you’ll see that there is already a product selected for your signature stamp – the Trodat 9413 Mobile Printy Pocket Stamp. We feel that this is the best stamp product for adding your signature to documents, so we recommend sticking with it. You’ll also notice that you have the option to create your own template or use the pre-made address template. If you’d like just your signature to appear on the stamp, we suggest choosing “Create your own.” But if you’d like your signature stamp to also include a logo, a printed version of your name and/or your job title, going with the address template is best.
Now, it’s time to add your signature to the stamp! Click “Upload Layout” on the lefthand side of the page and select the image of your signature from your files. Choose your desired ink color from the drop-down menu and click “Upload.”

And that’s all there is to it! Once you’ve completed these steps, you’re ready to purchase your signature stamp through our secure online checkout.
